The Pegasus tier model for Virtuals is smart but dunno if it fully solves sniping. Forced VIRTUAL pairing helps, but distribution mechanics still favor whoever has the most capital to lock up front. I've seen similar tiered models in DeFi and the'signal' tier usually just becomes a game of who can frontrun the Unicorn tier anouncements. The real test is whether Titan actually brings institutional depth or just another label for whales.
