President Donald Trump is set to sign an executive order aimed at reversing regulations that contributed to crypto debanking during Joe Biden’s administration

The SEC is pulling back on a proposal to expand its control over crypto exchanges. Acting Chair Mark Uyeda is advocating for the withdrawal of the rule, which was introduced by former Chair Gary Gensler, that would have mandated more trading platforms, including those for digital assets, to register with the agency.
