New post introducing Snap v2 for Ethereum sync. TL;DR: replace trie healing entirely by applying Block-Level Access Lists (BALs). Instead of iteratively discovering what changed one trie node at a time, nodes can just download the state diffs from BALs and apply them. Simpler
